About Us

Hello, my name is Allison Reynolds.  I am the owner of RARE, Inc., maker of the Original Guitar Chair.  We build the Original Guitar Chair in our small shop and studio in the beautiful Ozark Mountains.  We hand craft each Original Guitar Chair to perfection, paying attention to every detail from start to finish.  We pick out each individual piece, and match pieces for each and every Original Guitar Chair.  Our meticulous attention to detail in the finish brings out the natural beauty of each piece.  We finish the chairs by upholstering the seat and back and assembling each chair like it is the only one.
